Stuart E. Seigel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is a noted expert in tax law.  He is a former Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service and tax lawyer who practiced with the law firms of Williams & Connolly and Arnold & Porter.  Mr. Seigel holds degrees in accounting and law from New York University and a master’s of law in taxation from Georgetown University.

Lewis H. Ferguson III, Advisory Vice Chairman, is one of the nation’s foremost experts in tax and accounting compliance under Sarbanes-Oxley and FIN 48.  He was the first general counsel of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, an organization established by Congress in 2002 as part of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act to oversee accounting firms that audit U.S. public companies.  He previously practiced for over 20 years with the law firm of Williams & Connolly.  Mr. Ferguson received his J.D. from the Harvard Law School. He graduated from Yale University and earned bachelor and master of arts degrees in economics from King’s College, Cambridge University. Mr. Ferguson is currently a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

J. Brad McGee, President and Chief Operating Officer, is an expert in business development and strategy.  He has been a management consultant to CEOs of Fortune 200-sized firms and a senior executive at a Fortune 50-sized conglomerate.  In addition to serving as a business segment President, he has had primary responsibility for public relations, investor relations, marketing, and strategy.  Mr. McGee, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Harvard Business School, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Tyco International Ltd.

Gerard A. Mangieri, Senior Managing Partner, is a leading tax accountant.  His career spans 35 years, including 29 years at Arthur Andersen & Co. (AA).  For 16 years he was AA’s Head of the Worldwide Financial Services tax practice.  Further, he headed the America’s Audit Capital Market practice and was the Tax Department Division Head.  Mr. Mangieri serviced many of AA’s most complex financial service clients.  He holds a BS degree in Accounting and an MS degree in Finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
